LAB Port Share Approvals:
eBet Gaming Systems has been granted LAB approval for port sharing between
the EPS cashless systems and CCCE download link controllers.
The following approvals were granted in February:
- eBet EPS and TAB Statewide Link combination
- eBet EPS and Aristocrat Hyperlink (Paltronics) combination
- eBet EPS T4000 Wedge combination.
MemberAssist marketing Update:
eBet is pleased with the positive feedback that has been received about
about the initial structure and content of MemberAssist Marketing. The product
has been developed from its initial beta version with a wide range of customisable
options to enable venues to tailor the product to suit their unique needs.
Trial Sites Update:
CCCE
trials have been successfully completed at North
Sydney Leagues Club (with version 1.0 with eBet
CIF and TAB state-wide link using the Mikohn Controller).
We have made our application to the LAB which
is pending and we hope for an approval by Christmas.
The
trial at Wentworthville Leagues Club (with version
1.5 with eBet CIF and Aristocrat/ Paltronics hyperlink)
commenced on November 19 and to-date has been
operating with no major issues. We expect this
submission will go to the LAB by the end of December.
Our new CRM module (an add-on to the MemberAssist
package, integrating membership details and customer
interests with the venue's promotional activities)
has been installed in Parramatta Leagues Club
as the first beta site. We will monitor the results
over the coming months in an effort to gather
feedback from typical users. More features are
being added such as a basic demographic mapping
interface and we plan to release this module in
the New Year.
System Hardware:
We
are constantly reviewing new devices for potential
uses in our system. The most recent being a hardware
device that will allow our serial gaming machine
network to be connected to the system via an Ethernet
network, instead of requiring a physical board
in a PC server. This will assist us with large
venues that have a widely spread gaming floor
and can potentially reduce the capital costs of
the system.
